- Chou head. Chou. Black hillbilly style black felt hat, front brim turned up, back brim low. Pale green scalp; pale pink flesh face, black stylized brow, fish eye, upturned half stachio, soul patch, red lips. Looks vaguely Chaplinesque.

- Same hat as 3.927. See Simon, p. 62-63, ex 109 “Hut des Polizisten, Ya Yi Mao 衙役帽 Helmförmiger Hut mit Hutknopf, Pompon, Feder und großer Quaste vorne.” But this hat without any ornamentation.
