Title changes to a CAS

When a CAS changes title, we will attempt to keep it as a CAS.

When the older number is a Richardson Call Number, the new CAS will get an LC Call number.

• Catalog the new title as instructed in: CAS (Catalog Separately, Class as Set)

• Setup/adjust the series authority record(s) as required.
